Sales Development Representative

We are seeking highly motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Sales Development Representatives. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
About the Role:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, research, and outreach efforts.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and tailoring your approach to meet their requirements.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, activities, and outcomes, using data to inform future sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude for learning and adapting to new technologies and processes.
- A competitive salary range of ₹15-25 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
