About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at Lawsuit Ventures. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and promoting our funding solutions for legal disputes. This is a full-time position based in Malad, Maharashtra, India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales techniques
  • Contact potential clients and explain our funding solutions for legal disputes
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into funding opportunities
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and tactics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar sales role in the finance or legal industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Good knowledge of legal processes and terminology
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
