About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team. As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Outreach: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, resulting in consistent pipeline growth and revenue expansion.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, thought leaders, and influencers within target accounts, fostering trust and credibility to drive sales success.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Semrush's latest product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value to customers and prospects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align sales efforts and achieve shared goals.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in marketing, economics, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals.
- Familiarity with Martech/SalesTech and product marketing strategies, processes, positioning, messaging, and sales conversion optimization.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- A self-motivated, adaptive, and agile learner, with a willingness to grow and develop professionally.
At Semrush, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. You'll also enjoy:
