Senior Sales Development Representative

Viable Search Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, tracking and recording metrics throughout the sales process, and meeting and exceeding financial goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales approaches
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
