Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale corporate partnerships by leading outreach and relationship-building initiatives.

  • Manage the placement process by coordinating end-to-end activities from company onboarding to final offers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for recruiters and ensure seamless execution.
  • Work collaboratively with students, faculty, and leadership to align on placement priorities.
  • Own reporting and insights by tracking placement data, feedback, and engagement metrics.
  • Share market insights to inform program strategy and employer targeting.
