About a dynamic fundraising role

This is a corporate and philanthropic fundraising position focusing on CSR partnerships. It's suited for someone with strong communication skills, persistence and the ability to translate vision into compelling funding opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Outreach:
    • Build a pipeline of potential corporate and CSR leads through research.
    • Initiate outreach through cold calling and email campaigns.
    • Qualify leads and set up introductory meetings.
  • Proposal Development:
    • Support in creating proposals, decks and donor communications aligned to Schedule VII CSR areas.
    • Work closely with the content/strategy team to highlight impact stories and data.
  • Donor Engagement:
    • Arrange meetings with CSR heads and decision-makers.
    • Prepare meeting briefs, presentations and follow-up notes.
    • Maintain ongoing communication with partners to strengthen relationships.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Ensure transparent communication and timely delivery of progress reports to funders.
    • Support donor recognition, acknowledgements and branding deliverables.
  • Events & Immersive Experiences:
    • Coordinate corporate visits to Experience Centres and donor engagement events.
    • Assist in organising fundraising campaigns, workshops and public-facing CSR events.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate donor databases and track outreach metrics.
    • Report progress to leadership and support compliance documentation.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Social Work or related fields.
  • 2-5 years of experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, business development or corporate relations (NGO/CSR sector preferred).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, experience in cold calling and corporate pitching.
  • Ability to create proposals, presentations and reports.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
