About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced corporate lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law, including contract management, corporate governance, and legal research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management:
    • Develop, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Consultancy Agreements.
    • Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Corporate Governance:
    • Advise on corporate governance matters, including board composition, shareholder agreements, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Legal Research & Advisory:
    • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on corporate, commercial, and technology law issues.
    • Assist in the preparation of internal legal memoranda and risk assessments.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in contract management, corporate governance, and legal research.
  • Strong understanding of Indian Contract Act, Companies Act, and data protection laws.
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail, organisational ability, and a sense of ownership.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: LLB from a recognised university (mandatory).
  • Experience: Min. 2 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant legal role.
