Corporate Applications Lead

Our ideal candidate will oversee the entire lifecycle of corporate applications, ensuring optimal performance and high availability. This includes managing vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate applications to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance application performance and availability.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs for various platforms.
  • Liaise with external regulators to ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory standards.
  • Support project and change management by driving application upgrades and integration projects.
  • Lead incident resolution and ensure adherence to internal ITIL processes for change, incident, and problem management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • Certifications in ITIL, SAP, or relevant platforms are preferred.
