The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in customer relations, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience working with customers via email, telephone, and chat is required.
You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. Your strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows and Mac, MySQL, MongoDB, SAML, AuthO, APIs, and Single Sign On concepts, will enable you to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and senior management.
This role requires someone who is willing to work in a rotational shift pattern, including weekends and holidays, and is based in Australia, UK, US, or India.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Please note that proficiency in one or more of the following languages is desirable, but not mandatory: German, Japanese, French, Spanish.
