Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Talent Development Manager to oversee the design and implementation of talent management strategies and programs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to the development and execution of the People Strategy while taking responsibility for the overall delivery of Talent Management.

  • Develop and implement talent management initiatives that drive business results and support employee growth.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand talent needs and gaps.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs that equip high-potential employees with the skills needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Facilitate succession planning and career development initiatives to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
  • Monitor key performance metrics for talent management initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies and programs that align with business objectives.
  2. Leadership Development: Design and deliver leadership development programs that equip high-potential employees with the skills needed to succeed in their roles.
  3. Succeesion Planning: Facilitate succession planning and career development initiatives to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
  4. Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to support employee development and achievement of business goals.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in human resources or related field.
  • Experience in talent management within the insurance industry or the larger financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive HR processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in managing a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a strategic mindset.
