Lead HNI Sales Team

Seeking a skilled Cluster Manager/Team Leader to spearhead HNI Sales, Stock/Equity Broking efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage high-net-worth relationships with financial advisors.
  • Develop tailored financial plans for affluent clients, ensuring optimal investment advice execution.
  • Collaborate with the team to acquire new HNI/UHNI clients in Affluent & Super Affluent segments.
  • Build robust client relationships and generate AUM from preferred clients.
  • Support the team in advising Affluent clients on investments and managing their overall financial portfolios.
  • Research and update the team on available investment opportunities and market trends to determine suitability for client portfolios.
  • Coordinate closely with the product and research team to make informed investment decisions for clients.
  • Organize seminars and workshops to expand our client base and enhance brand presence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in acquiring and managing HNI/UHNI client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers.
  • Deep understanding of financial planning, investment products (stocks, equity broking), and market trends.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify investment opportunities and assess client portfolios.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and advise high-net-worth individuals.
