Role Overview:
The Business Development Director will be accountable for spearheading and expanding the sales pipeline, leading a team of business development specialists, and driving successful achievement of sales targets related to financial products. This individual will be a results-driven leader with a strong understanding of financial markets, business operations, and sales strategies.
- Leverage expertise in sales and marketing to drive revenue growth through business development initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of business loan products.
