The Partnership Director is responsible for driving strategic partnerships to drive business growth, innovation and competitive advantage. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, negotiation expertise, relationship management and a deep understanding of market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute alliance strategies to maximize partner-driven revenue.
  • Establish repeatable processes and scaled engagement models.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key partners to ensure strategic alignment and high-impact collaboration.
  • C coordinate participation in industry events to strengthen partner relationships.
  • Align with sales, business unit heads and alliance managers to drive new revenue and client pursuits.
  • Strengthen partner-led thought leadership and co-selling initiatives.

Team Leadership

  • Lead the alliance management team by providing strategic and tactical guidance on managing collaborations.
  • Track partner performance, define key success metrics and steer alliance managers to optimize outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in strategic alliances and/or business development.
  • Proven track record of expanding partner-led new business portfolio and driving strategic partnerships.
