Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Director to lead our HR function across India, UAE and UK. This role will oversee the entire HR operation, covering both HR Operations and HR Business Partnership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless HR service delivery, compliance with global employment laws, and driving people strategies that align with business objectives.

This position will lead a team of HR professionals, managing both operational excellence and strategic initiatives.

  • Strong expertise in global HR practices across multiple geographies.
  • Knowledge of international labor laws and data protection regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage HR operations and partner strategically with leadership.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and HR technology skills.
