We are seeking a skilled HR professional to lead and oversee human resources operations, talent management, and policy implementation to support organizational growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily HR functions across all business areas.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies, systems, and processes.
  • Lead recruitment and talent acquisition strategies for domestic and international placements.
  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and global HR standards.
  • Design and execute training programs to enhance workforce skills.
  • Drive performance management and appraisal systems to align with business objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions effectively.
  • Implement digital HR solutions for efficient HR operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide strategic HR insights to the leadership team for decision-making.

Required Skillsets

  • Strong expertise in HR management, policies, and employee relations.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Indian labor laws and international compliance frameworks.
  • Strategic HR planning and organizational development abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRMS, HR analytics, and digital HR tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and client relationships.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Masters degree in HR or MBA (HR) preferred.
