Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment processes.
    • Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts, maintaining a fair and respectful workplace.
    • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Performance Management:
    • Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing performance issues.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee performance and engagement.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
    • Support the development of employee skills and competencies.
    • Work with managers to create career development plans for employees.
  • HR Administration:
    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws.
    • Handle HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and HR policies.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and a basic understanding of email etiquette.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Should be very proactive and able to represent the company effectively.
