- Employee Relations:

- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing performance issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee performance and engagement.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
- Support the development of employee skills and competencies.
- Work with managers to create career development plans for employees.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws.
- Handle HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and HR policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and a basic understanding of email etiquette.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Should be very proactive and able to represent the company effectively.
