Corporate Executive
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Corporate Executive to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong focus on customer relationships and revenue maximization.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and manage sales activities across all hotel operations, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with management teams to create and implement sales plans that target revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market segmentation.
- Work closely with the Revenue Manager to ensure rate negotiations align with financial targets, maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including OTAs, agents, and corporate clients, to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities and develop new feeder markets to expand the customer base.
- Negotiate and close deals with corporate clients and key B2B agents, ensuring successful sales outcomes.
- Manage inventory, revenue forecasting, and implement strategies to optimize revenue.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract new business.
- Participate in trade shows, sales events, and exhibitions to enhance visibility and increase sales opportunities.
- Build relationships within the local community to expand the customer base and identify new business opportunities.
- Hire, train, motivate, and coach the Hotel Sales Development (HSD) team as per sales plans and budgetary requirements.
- Analyze and report on sales and financial data regularly to leadership teams.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and revenue maximization.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
