Job Title: Corporate Manager
  • The corporate manager is a key role in the hospitality industry, responsible for overseeing all day-to-day hotel sales activities.

  • This includes building long-term, value-based customer relationships to achieve organizational objectives, as well as creating and executing a sales plan targeting revenue, customers, and market segmentation for hotel business strategies.

  • The manager will work closely with the Revenue Manager to ensure rate negotiations align with financial targets, maximizing revenue opportunities to meet monthly and annual sales goals.

  • Strong relationships with key clients, including OTAs, agents, and corporate clients, must be built and maintained to ensure client retention and satisfaction.

  • Business development involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities and developing new feeder markets to expand the customer base.

  • Effective sales presentations and closing deals with corporate clients and key B2B agents are essential aspects of this role.

  • Inventory and revenue management require close collaboration with CRM and resort leadership to ensure appropriate strategies are in place.

  • Marketing and promotional strategies aim to attract new business, while participation in trade shows, sales events, and exhibitions enhances visibility and increases sales opportunities.

  • Community engagement builds relationships within the local community to expand the customer base and identify new business opportunities.

  • Team leadership involves hiring, training, motivating, and coaching the Hotel Sales Development (HSD) team as per sales plans and budgetary requirements.

  • Sales analysis and reporting provide regular updates on sales and financial data to leadership teams, helping drive performance in a fast-paced corporate environment.

  • Budgeting and planning involve preparing annual budgets and implementing the sales and marketing plan, ensuring successful execution.
