About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Travel Specialist to join our MICE team in Bangalore. As a key account manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with corporate clients in the MICE industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the MICE segment.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CORPORATE CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR BUSINESS NEEDS AND PROVIDE CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, revenue management, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of events and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales trends, analyze data, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 4-8 years of experience in B2B MICE sales, preferably in the Indian market.
- A strong understanding of the MICE industry, including destination management companies, hotels, transportation providers, and tourism boards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-oriented delivery.
- A post-graduation degree (MBA/PGDM) or graduation from a reputable institute.
