Job Overview
Making travel easier for corporate clients is a challenging yet rewarding role. As a MICE Sales and Operations Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and ensuring seamless event execution. Your expertise in Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) will be crucial in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales support, revenue teams, operations, finance, and external partners like clients, tourism boards, and hotels. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Driving sustainable performance of your portfolios by leveraging industry relationships and negotiations skills.
  • Coordinating logistics, budgeting, and planning to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase MICE spends from corporate clients.
  • Collaborating with state and international tourism boards to create customized products and drive sales enhancement strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • 4-8 years of B2B MICE experience.
  • A Post-Graduation (MBA/PGDM)/ Graduation from a reputed institute.
  • Excellent account management skills, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation skills, understanding of supply chain systems, and team player orientation.

Estimated Salary: ₹20 Lakhs - ₹40 Lakhs per annum
