Job OverviewThis role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Sales Operations Executive to join our team and drive business growth by optimizing sales processes, analyzing key metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field and a strong analytical mindset.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement scalable sales processes to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for growth
- Maintain and manage CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and best practices adoption
- Forecast sales performance, track targets, and report key insights to leadership
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to align sales operations with company objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and experience managing sales tech stacks
- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and reporting
- Competitive salary: ₹30-40 LPA
- Holiday allowance: ₹24,000 per year for travel anywhere
