About Azentio Software
Azentio Software Pvt Ltd, a leading provider of mission-critical software solutions for the financial services industry, is seeking a seasoned Sales Operations Leader to drive operational excellence across our GTM Org.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing sales operations & enablement programs and leading or supporting sales transformation initiatives. The role requires expertise in Salesforce governance, administration, and best practices, with the ability to design and optimize sales processes and workflows within the platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee CRM optimization, manage business operations automation, and develop performance metrics that deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Partner closely with Sales and other cross-functional teams to leverage process, tools, and analytics to unlock revenue growth.
- Play a crucial role in change management, ensuring effective adoption of new tools, processes, and strategies across sales teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations / operations / cross-functional project management / sales performance ideally in the consulting, media, entertainment, or other relevant industries.
- Excellent data analysis skills, able to source/segment/analyze data to generate meaningful insights aiding data-driven decision-making.
- Continuous process improvement approach, stakeholder management skills, and ability to interact with various people (sales/finance/ops teams); customer orientation.

Salary: ₹1200000 - ₹1800000 per annum (depending on location and experience).
