Job Title: HR Operations LeadJob Description:

The HR Operations Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the organization's day-to-day HR operations. This includes leading recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training, and compliance processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR management, with a strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. They will also be able to administer payroll, benefits, and HR policies while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full cycle of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Drive training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and HR policies while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, practices, and labor law compliance.
  • Support organizational growth by fostering a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Leverage HR technology platforms to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources management.
  • Strong expertise in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/HR technology platforms is a plus.
