HR Strategic Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Lead HR Business Partner. This is a key position that requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with senior leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, designing and implementing people-first initiatives, and leading the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Design and implement innovative programs that enhance culture, engagement, and retention.
- Develop and execute comprehensive plans to deliver exceptional employee experiences from onboarding to alumni engagement.
- Create scalable frameworks for learning, mentorship, internal mobility, and succession planning.
- Lead the development and implementation of performance management systems that encourage ownership and recognition.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion while resolving employee relations with empathy and fairness.
- Drive organizational transformation and change management initiatives with agility and impact.
- Analyze data to measure HR program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
