The Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Administration is a strategic leader responsible for shaping the company's HR and Admin functions in India. This role oversees the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's vision and business goals.
This position involves managing a team to establish HR and Office Administration strategies and policies, ensuring alignment with group business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading HR team members and fostering a positive organizational culture.
Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement initiatives, compensation and benefits planning, and employee training and development programs.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 20 years of experience in HR, including 5 years at a managerial level. Prior experience in the data center industry is highly desirable.
