
Senior HR Leader

Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement People Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of our people strategy, ensuring it is aligned with our business goals and objectives.
- Lead Global HR Initiatives: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of global HR initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with Executive Team: Work closely with our executive team to develop and implement strategies that drive business results and achieve our company's vision.
- Manage Budget: Develop and manage budgets for HR-related expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Foster a Positive Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive culture that supports our company values and promotes employee well-being.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 15-18 years of progressive HR experience: Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- At least 5+ years in a strategic HR leadership role: Experience in developing and implementing people strategies that drive business results.
- Demonstrated success in leading HR digitization: Proven track record of leading HR digitization initiatives, including the implementation of AI-powered HR solutions.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field: A postgraduate degree in HR or a related field from a Tier 1 institution.
- Certification in Digital HR, HR Analytics, or Change Management: Certification in digital HR, HR analytics, or change management is a plus.
