Job Overview

The role of Senior HR Leader is ideal for an accomplished professional who can effectively manage HR operations in a dynamic environment. The position requires leadership skills to oversee comprehensive HR operations, drive efficient recruitment, champion process improvements, ensure compliance, and foster positive employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of HR operations, including administration, payroll, statutory compliance, audits, and HR process optimization.
  • Direct end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions, delivering talent acquisition in high-volume environments.
  • Champion HR processes and initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, drive process automation, and maintain standards.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and audit requirements, monitor labor law updates, and maintain records.
  • Oversee employee relations, resolve grievances, and develop strategies to maintain a collaborative work climate and high engagement.
  • Guide the management and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment to business objectives and mandates.
  • Partner actively with leadership and business heads to address people challenges, succession planning, and workforce readiness.

Required Qualifications and Skills

· Bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields.

· Minimum of 10 years' experience managing HR operations in manufacturing setups.

· Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance, audits, and HR processes.

· Extensive experience in fast-paced recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy deployment.
