Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior HR Executive located in Indore. The Senior HR Executive will manage HR operations, oversee employee relations, implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with human resources guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include managing employee records, conducting performance reviews, handling recruitment processes, and addressing employee grievances to maintain a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end Recruitment & Onboarding for multiple outlets and departments
  • Store Visits to monitor HR practices, staff discipline, and ensure smooth workforce operations
  • People Management – Build strong relationships with staff (majorly labour workforce), ensure retention and motivation
  • Grievance Handling – Address employee concerns fairly and promptly
  • Compliance & Documentation – Maintain proper HR records, attendance, and statutory requirements
  • Assist in training and development to upskill teams and improve workplace culture
Requirements
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or relevant field
  • 3–5 years of HR experience (hospitality/retail/ manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to manage a large workforce (labour class staff) with patience and authority
  • Flexible to work on Sundays (weekday off can be adjusted)
  • Hands-on, approachable, and proactive attitude
