Job Overview

This role involves managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, addressing grievances and supporting performance management.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership to deliver strategic HR solutions and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Key responsibilities include being a strategic and operational partner to the leadership team, ensuring operational excellence towards HR ops and fostering a diverse culture.

Other key responsibilities include managing employee grievances, executing the end-to-end performance management process, managing stakeholder expectations and monthly reporting of HR dashboards.

HR Center of Excellence

The HR Center of Excellence is responsible for curating customized solutions and programs aligned to business and HR objectives.

This includes guiding team and managers issues related to compliance, performance and behavior, and providing support to HODs and Managers.

Additionally, this role will drive initiatives focused on diversity & inclusion at an organization level.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Regular MBA/Executive MBA in HR from a reputed university with a proven experience.
  • 11 to 15 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR initiatives at a senior level.
  • Proven experience in managing a team of minimum 2 members is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll compliance, and HR best practices is essential.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are required.
