Deputy General Manager HR Role

The Deputy General Manager Human Resources position plays a pivotal part in spearheading the Human Resources function for Quality and Operations departments at our manufacturing site.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Strategic HR Partnership: As Site HR Head, develop and implement human resources strategies and policies to support business objectives.
  2. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Responsible for talent acquisition by providing a talented workforce within TAT to ensure business continuity.
  3. HR Manpower Planning and Budgeting: Assist in budgeting processes of all HR items (manpower costs, operational expenses) and headcount requirements.
  4. Performance Management: Drive continual performance management and annual compensation reviews for the site.
  5. Talent Management: Implement periodic talent management reviews and ensure development/retention plans are executed.
  6. Learning and Development: Promote a culture of learning and high-performance.
  7. HR Compliance and Statutory Obligations: Ensure HR legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable statutory laws.
  8. Labour Management: Maintain a harmonious and productive industrial relations environment.
  9. Employee Engagement and Wellbeing: Implement initiatives to impact key drivers of employee engagement.
  10. HR Operations: Supervise and review all HR operations pertaining to the employee lifecycle.

This role requires 15+ years of experience handling HR functions and an MBA in HR or a Master's degree in Human Resource Management.
