Human Resources Generalist

The role is a comprehensive HR position requiring expertise in full cycle human resources processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, analytics, and learning & development.
Key responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, and coordinate interviews with partners, manage job offers, and engage with new employees.
- Manage the online hiring process, documentations, conduct inductions, confirm employment, conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and gather pulse feedback from new joiners.
- Oversee internship processes, plan and execute employee engagement programs based on EE calendars, conceptualize and plan soft skills training, and conduct HR/talent process sessions.
- Participate in HR projects, create dashboards, and send reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Good academic record and MBA degree from a reputable university preferred.
Skills required:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Achievement-oriented with a focus on task excellence in timeliness and quality of work.
- Multitasking and comfortable working with multiple clients collaboratively.
