We are looking for a Process Specialist to support our HR Operations function. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations across onboarding, document verification, HRMS, payroll inputs, audits, vendor coordination, reporting, and employee support for all entities.
The role requires a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage HRMS change requests, including employee ID creation, timesheet data preparation, document verification, and HRMS helpdesk management.
- Input data for new employees, salary inputs for new joiners, and manage employee referrals and bonus sheets.
- Update group organizational charts monthly, incorporating new joiners and leavers for all entities.
- Prepare and present accurate, data-driven MIS reports and dashboards to management.
- Address employee queries related to PF, Group Health & Term Insurance.
- Manage vendors for travel, printing, accommodation, and EPFO services, ensuring end-to-end process efficiency and seeking management approval for costs.
- Compile and share weekly data with relevant stakeholders and prepare talent work-in-progress reports.
- Prepare offer, appointment, and relieving letters of employees.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- An MBA in HR or Finance.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint presentation.
Location / Hours
Noida.
Shift timings: 13:30 - 22:00 / 11:30 - 20:00 on a [weekly rotating basis].
