Strategic HR Leader

This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished HR Professional to play a key role in shaping the organization's success by overseeing human resources and administrative operations.

Position Overview

As the Strategic HR Leader, you will oversee recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and workplace culture while ensuring seamless HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Source and hire candidates across India through various channels.
  • Employee Management & Engagement: Supervise, guide, and motivate employees across multiple locations.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Handle salary negotiations, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
  • Leadership & Strategy: Drive HR initiatives to enhance retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager / Senior HR Executive (eCommerce or Online Retail preferred). Strong knowledge of Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
