Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to lead our secured lending business. This role will be responsible for developing and executing annual business plans, managing key portfolio metrics, and driving business growth through strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:
  • Business Planning: Develop comprehensive annual business plans that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage key portfolio metrics, including delinquency rates, yield, and product mix, to ensure the health and profitability of our secured lending portfolio.
  • MIS & Review Management: Publish regular dashboards and conduct monthly reviews with senior management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Competition Benchmarking: Conduct thorough market research to understand competitor offerings and make data-driven decisions to stay ahead in the market.
  • Training & Engagement: Design and implement effective training programs for sales teams to enhance their skills and knowledge on E-NACH, Udhyam Aadhar, product features, and incentive calculations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement digital solutions to streamline end-to-end processing of loan applications.
Requirements:

To succeed as a Strategic Business Development Manager, you should have:

  • A strong background in finance, business development, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in portfolio management and business planning.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
Compensation:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
