Job Title: Training and Quality Manager

We are currently hiring for a skilled Training and Quality Manager who will develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee performance.

The ideal candidate will create tailored training plans, deploy various training methods, collaborate with departments, and monitor program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess future and current training needs.
  • Develop overall or individualized training and development plans.
  • Deploy a range of training methods.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure employees receive necessary training.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Communicate with team members, trainers, and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Post-secondary degree in a related field is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, including direct experience facilitating and delivering training programs.

Additionally, strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs and training software are essential. Excellent customer service focus, time management, organizational, and analytical skills are also required.
