As a Regional Retail Development Coach, you will play a key role in elevating customer experience and sales performance across our retail network.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and implement effective training programs to equip store teams with the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles. Your expertise will focus on:

  • Training Delivery & Facilitation: Develop and conduct engaging workshops, utilizing role-playing exercises, simulations, and on-the-job coaching to enhance employee performance.
  • Onboarding & Development: Collaborate closely with Store Managers and Champions to onboard new hires efficiently and provide guidance for leadership development.
  • Performance Monitoring & Feedback: Track training effectiveness using KPIs such as NPS, conversion rates, and customer feedback, providing actionable insights to address skill gaps.

You will be responsible for:

  • Regularly visiting stores to observe customer interactions and provide real-time coaching.
  • Conducting store training audits to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards.
  • Identifying top-performing employees and recommending them for promotions or advanced training programs.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience: 5+ years in retail training, sales training, or customer experience coaching.
  • Retail Expertise: Deep knowledge of customer service, sales psychology, and product positioning.
  • Training & Facilitation: Strong ability to deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions.
  • Coaching & Mentorship: Passion for developing frontline employees and motivating store teams.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to multiple stores within the assigned region.
