Job Title: Operational Excellence Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a key player in driving operational excellence. As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for participating in various business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct root cause analysis of compliance and business metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  2. Determine areas of strength or business execution opportunity within defined scope of work.
  3. Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations.
  4. Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables.
  5. Presentation of recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business.
  6. Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business.
  7. Collaboration and consultation with leaders and executive management.
  8. Providing work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff.
Requirements:
  • EUCT Testing, Program Management, Reporting skills, Data Visualization
  • Able to gain an understanding of various tools through interaction with the tool owners.
  • Experience building test scripts for tools (mostly excel based tools).
  • Experience running test scripts for tools.
  • Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing findings from reviews of a tool.
  • Completing monthly scheduled and quarterly periodic reviews.
  • Securing documentation from EUCT Process Owners, tracking and following up, along with filling out QA template.
  • Upon completed review send observation to EUCT owner noting items such as missing, defect and or challenge and following through to resolution.
  • Good organization skills to track outstanding remediation/defects and management workflow against deadlines.
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance.
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group.
