Training and Quality Management Role

We are currently hiring for a professional in Training and Quality Management.

About the Position

The Manager of Training is responsible for developing and implementing training programs for employees to enhance their skills and performance.

The ideal candidate will create tailored training plans, implement various training methods, monitor training program effectiveness, and stay updated on training trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess future and current training needs.
  • Develop overall or individualized training and development plans.
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure employees receive necessary training to excel in their roles.
  • Monitor and evaluate the training programs' effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them.
  • Communicate with team members, trainers, and management to ensure all needs are met.

As a Training and Quality Manager, You Will Also:

  • Perform orientation sessions for new hires.

Requirements:

This role requires:

  1. A post-secondary degree or equivalent, or a directly related field is required.
  2. 3 years of experience in a training and development environment, including direct experience being responsible for the facilitation and delivery of training programs.
  3. Call center management and training experience are considered a great asset.
  4. Experience working with a team approach to employee and organizational development.
  5. Demonstrated, progressive leadership and management skills, preferably in a related environment.
  6. Demonstrated ability to engage people in a training session, combined with a solid understanding of the role of training and development.
  7. Superior written and verbal communication skills, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  8. Strong computer skills in all Microsoft Office programs and training and development software programs.
  9. Excellent customer service focus with strong time management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  10. Ability to work in an environment where a diversity of people and situations are encountered
