Quality Manager Job Description

The purpose of this role is to provide leadership and support to the Quality team, ensuring that quality processes are in place and implemented effectively across the organization.

This position will be responsible for developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, and ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Quality professionals in delivering high-quality services to clients.
  • Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and standards aligned with organizational goals.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure effective communication and training programs are in place to promote quality awareness and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Masters/Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering).
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a quality management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering quality improvement projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
