Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Quality Events and Investigations Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality management, investigation techniques, and regulatory compliance.

This role involves defining processes, authoring quality documents, providing training, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring system compliance. Additionally, the incumbent will develop tools for supervising and optimizing transversal processes, maintain a network with sites and global GxP functions, and develop quality documents/training materials relative to processes ways of working and tools to support.

The successful candidate will work autonomously and make decisions in line with the Global Quality Policy, Standards, and Processes. They will be responsible for executing the corporate business strategy in the area of responsibility, leading transversal projects, and providing leadership and active support to operative units for quality and compliance-related topics and projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Knowledge and Experience: Extensive knowledge and experience in quality management, investigation techniques, and regulatory compliance.
  • Risk Analysis and Investigation Techniques: Strong understanding of risk analysis and investigation techniques, including CAPA systems and applicable regulations relevant for Opella (EU GMP, FDA cGMP, Nutraceuticals, Medical Devices).
  • Computerized Systems Compliance: Experience in computerized systems compliance in GxP areas.
  • Cross-Functional/Transversal Management: Strong cross-functional/transversal management skills, including project management.
