Job Title: Senior Software Development Leader

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned software development leader to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and driving innovation through cutting-edge technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tech Stack: Proficiency in C#/.NET, Angular JS, SQL Server, Web APIs, Elmah - Logging, WebHooks, Window Services, WebJobs, Entity Framework, and MVC.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in software development with proven leadership skills.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • DevOps: Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Microservices Architecture: Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
