Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Identify learning gaps and develop targeted training programs to address them
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that training initiatives align with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal partners to facilitate the delivery of high-quality training services
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Learning & Development role
  • Proven ability to communicate complex information effectively
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience in e-commerce
  • Experience in Business Communications or Leadership training
