We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact on our organization's growth and success.
- This role will involve developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Learning and Development, with experience in designing and delivering training programs that meet business objectives.
You will be responsible for identifying learning needs, creating training materials, and conducting training sessions.
This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design, develop, and implement training programs that meet business objectives.
- Identify Learning Needs: Identify learning needs through various methods, including job analysis, performance data, and employee feedback.
- Create Training Materials: Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online courses.
- Conduct Training Sessions: Conduct training sessions, either in-person or virtually, to deliver training programs.
- Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in a managerial role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Knowledge of HR systems and processes.
