Job Title: Learning Content Developer
">- Contribute to the creation of training programs that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Support the development of comprehensive training curricula, including course outlines and learning materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of our audience.
- Develop high-quality learning content, including instructional materials, assessments, and evaluations.
- Participate in the train-the-trainer program to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of training projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in training and learning within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in operations.
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in rapid development eLearning tools, such as Articulate Storyline.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization with a cross-functional team.
