Job Title: Learning Content Developer

  • Contribute to the creation of training programs that align with our organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the development of comprehensive training curricula, including course outlines and learning materials.
  2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to design engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of our audience.
  3. Develop high-quality learning content, including instructional materials, assessments, and evaluations.
  4. Participate in the train-the-trainer program to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  5. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of training projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in training and learning within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in operations.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in rapid development eLearning tools, such as Articulate Storyline.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization with a cross-functional team.
