Job Title: Cybersecurity Threat Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Threat Analyst to join our team.

About the Job:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled cybersecurity professional to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 security operations environment.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and responding to security alerts from SIEM systems and other security tools.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Monitoring and analyzing logs from various sources (network, endpoint, cloud, etc.) to identify potential security incidents.
  2. Analyzing and investigating security incidents, performing root cause analysis, and escalating as needed.
  3. Assisting in the incident response lifecycle: detection, containment, eradication, recovery, and lessons learned.
  4. Conducting threat hunting activities using logs and threat intelligence sources.
  5. Maintaining and tuning SOC tools, including SIEMs, EDRs (e.g., CrowdStrike, SentinelOne), firewalls, and IDS/IPS.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a SOC or cybersecurity analyst role.
  • Familiarity with security tools and concepts including:
  • SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel)
  • EDR solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike, Defender for Endpoint)
  • Firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP
  • MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and OWASP frameworks
  • Working knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and network protocols.
  • Ability to interpret logs and data from multiple sources.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
