Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to establish and manage strategic partnerships with government-aligned projects in education and development.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales, managing corporate client relationships, and interacting with government departments.

They should be familiar with CRM applications and have knowledge of institutional sales, especially related to public-private partnerships.

Additionally, experience in CSR fundraising or the development sector is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships for government-aligned projects
  • Engage with CSR teams and corporate donors to secure funding support
  • Build and maintain a database of corporate donors, foundations, and multilateral agencies
  • Prepare and present tailored CSR proposals for corporate engagement
  • Conduct regular meetings with government officials, education departments, and district-level authorities
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate / PGDM / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or equivalent field
  • BSW / MSW with CSR fundraising and government project exposure
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and managing corporate client relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM applications
  • Background in CSR fundraising or experience in the development sector
  • Knowledge of institutional sales, especially related to public-private partnerships
