As a Technical Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the operations and managing delivery for production systems and services.
Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, addressing any issues that arise, and implementing solutions to enhance service delivery.
You will engage in discussions to align operational strategies with business objectives, ensuring that all systems function optimally and meet the needs of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize operations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics.
- Experience with system integration and data management.
- Ability to analyze operational data to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Requirements:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- A strong educational background is required.
