**Job Title:** Senior Technical Operations Specialist About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our mission-critical applications. Key Responsibilities:Bullet We are looking for a technical expert with hands-on experience in release management, deployments, and troubleshooting of production applications.Bullet You will be responsible for supporting and improving processes around continuous integration and automated deployments.Bullet You will maintain the continuous availability of 24/7 global mission-critical applications, services, and products.Bullet You will work closely with software engineering and IT global infrastructure teams to support environmental needs of development, QA, product management, and customer support.Bullet You will interface directly with enterprise architecture and software engineering leadership to architect the most efficient and effective environment and products.Bullet You will administer and maintain source control systems, including branching and merging strategies – GIT and shared artifact management (BitBucket, Artifactory Pro).Bullet You will manage and enhance build automation tools – msbuild, Maven, Gradle, Rake, Ivy.Bullet You will supervise and tune build/deployment pipeline to ensure proper configuration (Jenkins and Bamboo).Bullet You will document all 'stories' through Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence). Requirements:
  • Strong technical expertise in release management, deployments, and troubleshooting of production applications.
  • Hands-on experience with source control systems, including GIT and shared artifact management.
  • Familiarity with build automation tools such as msbuild, Maven, Gradle, Rake, and Ivy.
  • Experience with configuration management tools like Jenkins and Bamboo.
  • Proficiency in documenting 'stories' using Atlassian tools.
