Job Title: Senior Technical Operations Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned technical operations specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and configuring WFO platforms in multiple environments, including global data centers, private hosted cloud, and on-premise locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, deploy, and configure WFO platforms in multiple environments
- Possess a strong command of WFO technologies, server components, desktop applications, and telephony integrations
- Develop and review best practice implementation processes
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide technical support for WFO implementation tasks
- Communicate status of implementation projects to stakeholders in a timely fashion

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of technical experience with Windows and Active Directory system administration
- Strong experience with WFO, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU, and Call Center practices
- Experience with WFO software installation, configuration, and administration in a multi-tenant cloud environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems, network topology, Linux OS's, Apache web servers, and SSL certificates
