We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Technical Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our customers.


About the Role:

  • Provide timely and effective technical assistance to resolve customer queries related to software or hardware operation.
  • Consult with customers on server/network/application issues and offer suitable solutions.
  • Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions taken.
  • Read technical manuals, confer with customers, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or provide technical assistance and support.


Key Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of procedures used for installations, modification, maintenance, and repair of IT hardware and software.
  • Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent training required.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
  • Experience in 3rd-line or specialist support.
  • Experience in Hyper-V or VMWare support.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows 10, Strong network experience.
